Fast Paced Leadership Development Program
Pace’s new “Fast Paced Leadership Development Program” was launched in April, 2011 with a class of eighteen. This program was developed with support of the Operations Committee and is aligned to the Strategic Plan 2010-2015’s Goal IIc: Build a Culture of Community-Enhance the Professional Development of Staff.
The program, the first of its kind for Pace, is a two year commitment for participants, which also includes an individual 360⁰ leadership assessment, a structured series of training programs, and participation on a process change team.
Selection for and participation in the Fast Paced program is the result of a rigorous nomination process and the support and commitment of senior management. The next class of Fast Paced participants will be nominated by their management in January 2013 for the 2013 class.
Access our Fast Paced PowerPoint presentation for more details.
