Flu Shot Clinic for CIGNA Participants

Seasonal flu shots are being offered to all Pace employees who are currently enrolled in the CIGNA medical plans. In order to determine staffing for these clinics and ensure that the supply meets participation levels, Pace has developed a short employee interest survey. Please click the following link to be directed to the survey: Pace University 2012 Flu Shot Survey. Please respond one time only. (CIGNA requires at least 30 confirmed participants, per location, in order to hold the clinic. If there are fewer than 30 confirmed participants at a particular location, that clinic will be cancelled. Further information will be forthcoming following the response deadline.)

• Pleasantville, Thursday, October 11th, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, Butcher Suite, Kessel Student Center
• New York, Wednesday, October 17th, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm, Gymnasium, One Pace Plaza
• White Plains, Tuesday, October 23rd, 12:00 pm- 3:00 pm, Tudor Room, School of Law

The flu vaccines are offered free of charge for all faculty or staff members enrolled in the CIGNA medical plans. It is a part of the annual wellness benefit. If you are not enrolled in CIGNA, you cannot participate in this program. You MUST bring your CIGNA medical ID card to receive the vaccine. There will be a waiting period of at least 10 minutes after you receive the injection, so please plan accordingly.

Please be sure to wear a short-sleeved shirt/blouse and to bring reading glasses, if needed, to complete the required consent form.
