2011 Great Colleges to Work For

Program Survey Results Announced

In April 2011, seven hundred Pace faculty, administrators, professional staff, and non-exempt employees were invited to complete the 2011 Chronicle Great Colleges to Work For Program survey. Survey questions were designed to elicit feedback on many areas, including job satisfaction, professional development, facilities, and senior leadership, among others.

The Chronicle of Higher Education and ModernThink LLC have administered the Chronicle Great Colleges to Work For Survey® since 2008. The survey is designed to:
• recognize institutions success in creating great workplaces;
• better understand  the factors, dynamics and influences that have the most impact on organization culture at institutions of higher learning; and
• gather meaningful data to inform strategic planning and drive performance improvement.
