Pace University’s management, professional skills and technology training curriculum offered by the Organizational Learning and Development Department is designed to build competencies in support of the Five-Year Strategic Plan.  The curriculum includes programs designed to build management skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and tech skills. All University employees are eligible to attend Organizational Learning and Development workshops.
