Did you know: PACE PRIDE: In 2009, Westchester Magazine ranked it a "Best of Westchester" gym.

Year-round Indoor Walking Program

Human Resources has partnered with Athletics to offer a year-round walking program inside the Goldstein Health and Fitness Center. Beginning September 2016, you may use the indoor track, on Monday through Friday, 12pm-2pm. Please complete the walking program registration form and return it to Jeremy Pouncey at jpouncey@pace.edu, and bring a valid Pace ID when you enter the Goldstein Health and Fitness Center.

Yoga Classes

Human Resources has partnered with Athletics to offer a yoga class, free of charge, once a month, in the 2016 fall semester. Classes will be offered at the Goldstein Health and Fitness Center on the following Wednesdays:

  • September 21: 12:10pm-1pm
  • October 5: 12:10pm-1pm
  • November 2: 12:10pm-1pm
  • December 7: 12:10pm-1pm

You do not need to be a member of the Goldstein Health and Fitness Center. Please present a valid Pace ID when you enter the building.


New York Gym

Membership - Free!

As a reminder, there is no membership fee to use the NY gym. The gym is open Monday - Friday from 8am – midnight; Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 9pm. Lockers are available free of charge while using the gym facilities, or you may rent one for $20/semester. For more information on the NY gym, or the classes listed below, please contact Ramon Montague, Facility Manager, at rmontague@pace.edu.

Yoga Classes

Classes are offered every Tuesday from 12:45pm–1:45pm on the gym’s basketball court. Mats are provided, or participants can bring their own mat if they choose to. Any level of experience is welcome at any time!

Zoanee Classes

Classes will be offered every Friday (beginning September 23, 2016) from 12–1pm on the gym’s basketball court. This is a fitness class which mixes modern belly dance moves with pop music.
