Information or network security incidents should be reported immediately to the Pace Help Desk:

Whenever reporting a system compromise, defaced website, or some other I.T. security incident, please be sure to include the following information:
  • your name and contact information (contact may need to ask you for more information)
  • a description of the problem (what happened and when)
  • the computers that were affected (names and IP addresses)
  • the actions that have been take to address this incident
  • any other information or log files that you have
