Videoconference Order Form

 

In order to enable a video conference  the Educational Media Department must schedule the meetings and classes through network services.  To ensure accuracy we request 72 hours notice (please keep in mind that the 72 hours does not include weekends).

In planning a meeting please be aware that NO food or drinks are allowed in any of the video conferencing rooms.

Please be advised that these forms are for Online USE ONLY!!!  Do not attempt to print out or fax these forms!

The Video Conference rooms are able to share the following media:

  • Document camera - use in place of ohp

  • DVD/VHS

  • Computer
