Videoconferencing at Pace

The Educational Media Centers operate videoconferencing facilities at One Pace Plaza, the Graduate Center and Pleasantville.  Any one of these facilities can connect with sites around the world. 

Cancellation Policy

Educational Media, in an effort to improve use of the facilites, will require cancellation of videconference sessions 48 hours prior to the scheduled session for each site involved. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $30 per site to your supplied budget number as well as an additional staff time fee if outside of normal working hours. However, no charge will incur if the meeting continues as scheduled.
