Services
The Computer Resource Centers provide a variety of resources for the entire Pace community. The services that the Computer Resource Centers provide are listed below:
- Computer Labs and Electronic Classrooms
- Student printing services
- Student Information and integration
- One-on-One Desktop I.T. Training for Faculty and Staff
- Student and Faculty I.T. workshops
- Scantron services
- Microsoft Software Agreement
- Information Management Officer (IMO) Program
- Technical documentation
The CRC staff provides I.T .support to the entire Pace community including students, faculty and staff. This requires troubleshooting all current I.T. resources (Pace Portal, E-mail, Blackboard, wfs.pace.edu, ITS Helpdesk, Web Calendar, Wireless, VPN, etc.). Users are assisted with each of the following:
- Access to online registration and scheduling
- Access to Financial Aid information
- Access to grade reports and student records
- Access to the Health Insurance waiver
- University policies and information
- Problems with Pace I.T. accounts
