Due to recent configuration changes to Blackboard, users with access to more than 150 courses will experience issues displaying all of their courses. Below are resolution options.
Temporary workaround: If you cannot properly find your course in the "My Courses" box, please click your "Courses" tab and search for your course there.
Permanent resolution: To correct this issue moving forward, you can enter a help desk ticket with a list of CRNs that can be archived and removed from Blackboard. We strongly recommend that you approve the archival and removal of courses from years 2007-2011 from your list of courses to keep the list to under 150 courses, which should resolve the display issues.
