Videoconferencing at Pace

The Educational Media Centers operate videoconferencing facilities at One Pace Plaza and Pleasantville. Any one of these facilities can connect with sites around the world.
Please note that, Educational Media accepts meeting requests only after the Academic Class Videoconference Schedule is in place for any future semester. Please contact your Educational Media office for more information.
Educational Media must schedule all Video Conference Classes and Meetings in Civic E319 and Miller M16. To ensure accuracy we request a 72 hours notice (please keep in mind that the 72 hours excludes weekends). In planning a meeting please be aware that NO food or drinks are allowed in any of the video conferencing rooms.
The Videoconference Order Form is available on the Helpdesk. Please Click Here to go to the Helpdesk Login Screen. (Use this form to request a one-time videoconference. Academic courses wanting to use videoconferencing should make arrangements with Academic Scheduling).
Click Here for instructions on how to use the new Videoconference Order Form. If you have any questions or concerns contact either Glen Quillen (PLV) at or Fallon Saratovsky (NYC) at
