Legal Internship Program for Pace
Law Students

PLAINS, N.Y. - The Pepsi Bottling
Group in cooperation with Pace Law School has developed the PBG
Corporate Summer Internship Program.
PBG offers a paid, full-time summer corporate legal internship
at its Somers, NY headquarters to a Pace Law students interested in
pursuing a career in a corporate law. This program is open to current
Pace Law School day students entering their second or third year, and
evening law students entering their third or fourth year after the
summer of 2002. Through
this internship Pace Law students will work directly for the Pepsi
Bottling Group’s Law Department and will be matched with a mentor in
the department who will provide ongoing guidance.
PBG recognizes the

The Pepsi Bottling Group Law Department is made
up of eight attorneys and five paralegals who are responsible for a
broad range of corporate legal work, including contracts,
environmental, regulatory, securities, acquisitions, labor and
employment, benefits, compensation, real estate, bankruptcy,
litigation, general corporate and general operations.
Founded in 1976, Pace Law School is located in
White Plains, N.Y., 20 miles north of New York City. The School offers
the J.D. program for full-time, and part-time day, and evening
students. Its post-graduate program includes the LL.M. and S.J.D.
degrees in Environmental Law and the LL.M. in Comparative Legal
Studies. Pace has one of the nation's top-rated environmental law
programs and its Clinical Education Program also is nationally ranked,
offering clinics in domestic violence prosecution, securities
arbitration, criminal justice, and disability rights.
