Pace Law School Congratulates Alumni Sworn
in
Before Supreme Court of the United States
White Plains, NY – April 19, 2002 – Pace Law School is
pleased to announce that 15 alumni were sworn in before the Supreme
Court of the United States at a ceremony on March 26 in Washington,
D.C. The alumni are:

The group was greeted by Justice Clarence Thomas and sworn in by
Justice William Rehnquist of the Supreme Court. The alumni also had
the opportunity to sit in on an oral argument regarding freedom of
judicial speech (Republican Party of Minnesota v. Kelly).

Founded in 1976, Pace Law School is located in White Plains, N.Y.,
20 miles north of New York City. The School offers the J.D. program
for full-time, and part-time day, and evening students. Its
post-graduate program includes the LL.M. and S.J.D. degrees in
Environmental Law and the LL.M. in Comparative Legal Studies. Pace has
one of the nation's top-rated environmental law programs and its
Clinical Education Program also is nationally ranked, offering clinics
in domestic violence prosecution, securities arbitration, criminal
justice, and disability rights.
