Assignments for the remainder of the semester

Monday, April 21:

Finish Chapter 9(D).  Temple v. Synthes Corporation, Ltd., despite what the syllabus says, is not in the materials at all, and you need not read it.  The rule of Temple is that joint tortfeasors are never indispensable parties.  Your job is to figure out why, under Rule 19, that is so.

Wednesday, April 23: 

Through Pan American Fire & Cas. Co. v. Revere.

Monday, April 28:

Through Castano v. American Tobacco Co.

Wednesday, April 30: 

Finish the syllabus.

Monday, May 5:

If there's any leftover stuff, we'll finish it then.  Otherwise we can use it as a review session in addition to the one already scheduled for the next day.
