The By-laws require between 15 and 21 members
of the Board of Directors to include: (1) two-thirds admitted to the New York bar; (2) at
least one-third full-time members of the Faculty of Law of the Pace University
School of Law, including all full-time clinical faculty; (3) at least two non-faculty
alumni/ae; (4) at least three students enrolled in the JD program; (5) the Dean of the
Law School and the Associate Dean for Clinical Education; and, optionally, (6) the
president of the Westchester County Bar Association.
