University Chat Reference Service
| The Pace University Library has initiated its new Chat Reference Service. This service utilizes Convey Systems OnDemand software. The Chat Reference Service allows librarians to work online in real-time with students using advanced capabilities such as application sharing, voice possibilities, and browser sharing to take the chat interaction beyond plain text. |
Summer I 2002 semester hours for this service are as follows, they are subject to change.

| Friday | 9:00AM-4:30PM |
| A one time plug-in download is required to initiate this service. Please click on the "Live Help" button on the previous page to prompt the download process. Netscape users will have to download the plug-in to the desktop and install the software from there. Microsoft Explorer (recommended) users will only have to click on the word "Yes" to complete the download process and initiate a chat call. |
