Education: Professor Fazio holds the following degrees: MSN from Hunter College Graduate School, New York, NY; BSN (Nursing) from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY; Diploma (Nursing) from The Westchester School of Nursing, Valhalla, NY.
Areas of Expertise: Professor Fazio’s areas of expertise are in Obstetrics and Critical Care.
Professional Experience: Professor Fazio has been a clinical instructor at Pace University since 1998. She teaches full time in both the RN4 and Combined Degree Programs. She currently works per diem at Einstein Hospital in the Bronx in Women's Health.
Before coming to Pace University, she taught at the College of New Rochelle, N.Y.and Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois. Prior to teaching, Professor Fazio worked full-time as a Clinical RN II in the Intensive Care Unit and later in Chemotherapy Administration at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Professor Fazio holds memberships with the Critical Care Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Chemotherapy Administration, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
