Pace University Office of Financial Aid: Pace provides academic incentive scholarships, as well as grants based on financial need. These awards are combined with a variety of federal and state financial aid programs and are specially tailored for each individual student. Please click on link below for Pace F/A website.
PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
LSN Graduate Assistantship: The Graduate Assistantship provides opportunities for graduate students enrolled in a Master’s program or DNP program to work on research, teaching and special projects while receiving 3 or 6 cr tuition remission and a stipend. Conference Sponsorship: In order to broaden students’ experience of the nursing profession, the Center sponsors students to attend professional conferences in the tri-state area. In the past these have included: Sigma Theta Tau Zeta Omega Chapter Research Day, the Annual Isabel Maitland Stewart Nursing Research Conference at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, NYU Hospitals Center Departments of Nursing Annual Research and Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Conference.
INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The Center seeks to facilitate globalization of the educational programs through international activities, curricular content on cross cultural understanding, and international cooperation. International opportunities for nursing students include the participation in international activities, including travel courses in nursing and other subjects, international independent studies, Fulbright fellowships, international organizations, and conferences with an international focus. The Center works closely with the University International Office to identify, recruit, and support international students to LSN. The Center also welcomes visiting students, and visiting scholars to LSN for participation in student and faculty activities to enhance global learning. Read More
