Stewart Conference

Lienhard nursing students and faculty recently attended the 49th annual Stewart Conference on Research in Nursing, hosted by the Nursing Education Alumni Association of Teachers College, Columbia University.  This conference provides a forum for nurses, students, and health care professionals to share their research with nursing’s scholarly community and to learn about the latest trends and issues in health care. This year’s theme was simulation in nursing education, research, and practice. Two Lienhard professors, Elizabeth Berro, MA, RN, PNP, and Carol Epstein, PhD, RN, presented a poster entitled “Integrating scenarios in the classroom from pharmacology to nursing.”
