Belgium and England - Spring 2008

The International marketing Field Study to Brussels and London traveled with 19 undergraduate students from January 7th to 16th, 2008. This is the fourth consecutive year that undergraduate marketing students traveled to these two destinations. This unique experience was led by Dr. Dennis Sandler and Dr. Mary Long. The course focused on strategic implications of the European Union and European Commission on US firms marketing in Europe. Participating students had the opportunity to meet with top executives at leading corporations such as McCann Erickson (advertising), Coca-Cola (branding), FedEx (logistics), Tesco (retail marketing), The Financial Times UK, Duvel Moortgat N.V. (marketing and operations) as well as representatives from the EU Government and partner educational institutions. Students also had the opportunity to reunite with Pace alumni working abroad.
