Graduate Management Programs

MBA in Management
Management has traditionally focused on planning, staffing, organizing, directing and controlling; today it goes beyond those five functions to include championing quality and change, establishing organizational culture, and using sophisticated models to predict the future. In the U.S. and in many global enterprises, managers are central to organizational survival and success. Students who choose management as a field of study often have launched careers that have taken them beyond entry-level positions. Through an MBA program, they seek to prepare for broad responsibilities which require skills and knowledge that go beyond the technical skills and knowledge that supported earlier promotions. The Lubin School of Business offers three MBA tracks in management.
