MS in Human Resources Management

The MS in Human Resources Management equips you to lead, both within human resources and across your organization, so you can analyze, design, and evaluate human resources systems and processes—and integrate those systems and processes with business strategy. You also learn about organizational behavior, labor relations, and employment law. Through Lubin, you gain core HR management skills, global perspectives and effectiveness, region-specific skills, and necessary theory and current best practices to lead organization-wide.

Strategic Global Human Resources Management
A unique program that brings you worldwide opportunities—fully online—you can take it from anywhere in the world. The MS in Strategic Global Human Resources Management equips you to lead, both within human resources and across an international organization.
