Simplifying the Application Process 

Below are links to all the admissions materials you should need to apply to the program. The following documents may be downloaded, or Web sites consulted, by clicking the appropriate links below.

Application Instructions is a PDF document. It contains instructions for completing an admission application for the doctoral program in business. In addition, to these instructions, Part B of the application also has detailed instructions for each section.

Admission Application is in two parts as described in the application instructions. Combined, they are the official application for admission. Follow the application instructions to complete the application.

Affirmation Form is a PDF document. It contains instructions for completing an admission application for the doctoral program in business. In addition, to these instructions, Part B of the application also has detailed instructions for each section.

Envelope Labels is a Microsoft Word document. It contains labels for returning documents to the doctoral office. Download and print the document on Avery label product code 5262, or another brand with identical format.

Recommendation Form is a PDF document. Complete the top portion of the form and give one copy to each of four people who have agreed to provide a recommendation on your behalf. Also give each recommender a number 10 envelope addressed with one of the envelope labels and ask him or her to complete and mail the form directly to the doctoral office. The application instructions have suggestions for selecting recommenders.

Transcript Request is a PDF document. Complete and deliver this request form, together with the appropriate fee and a number 10 envelope addressed with one of the envelope labels, to each post-secondary institution of higher learning that you attended. Institutions should send transcripts directly to the doctoral office, not return them to you.

International Transcript is a PDF document. All transcripts from educational institutions outside the United States must be evaluated (and translated, if necessary) by an agency approved by the doctoral program. This document contains a list of approved agencies.

Assistantship Application is a PDF document. You can complete the application and send it to the doctoral office.

The GMAT Web Site may be contacted to either reserve a test date and location or to request that GMAC send your recent test scores to the doctoral program. When requesting that your scores be sent to the Pace University Doctor of Professional Studies program, specify the Institution Code 2721 for GMAT.

The TOEFL Web Site may be contacted if you must submit scores. TOEFL is required if you are not a native of an English-speaking country and have not earned a degree from an English-speaking college or university. When requesting that your scores be sent to the Pace University Doctor of Professional Studies program, specify the Institution Code 2635 for TOEFL.
