Overview
The Strategic Global Human Resource Management concentration is one of the only AACSB-accredited programs of its kind in North America. It is designed for future managers who wish to undertake graduate level study in HRM in its international context, and/or those who wish to practice HRM internationally. It provides the future manager with the highly developed HR capability to pursue an international career that addresses the issues involved in the management of people across international borders. The program will suit those coming straight from a first degree who have decided to pursue a career in HRM and those who have worked for a few years in another profession and wish to change direction.
