The Lubin School of Business student-operated restaurants are designed to give students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program program valuable experience working with the public. As a patron of the restaurant, you are an important part of the education process. We hope you will join us for a unique dining experience. We appreciate your patronage and the value that it brings to the training of our future hospitality professionals.

Students in the Restaurant Management & Operations course course developed a business plan including menu designs, products and services as well as a Marketing Plan in cooperation with Pace University's food distributors. Students spent the first 12 weeks developing a theme, designing a menu, surveying students, and working with experts in the field. Students in this three-credit course opened Munchy's Bar and Grill (Fall 2008) and Tapas (Fall 2009) on the Pleasantville campus and Fusion Modern Burgers (Spring 2009) and Besito Picante Mexican Restaurant (Spring 2009) on the New York City campus. For Fall 2010, the Restaurant Management and Operations course introduced Southern Comfort on November 30 and December 7th from 5:00 p.m. - 11:45 p.m. in the Gottesman Room of the Kessel Student Center. The class manages all aspects of the operation, including service, management, and food preparation. All major credit cards, One Card and cash are accepted.
