The Lubin School of Business student-operated restaurants are designed to give students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program valuable experience working with the public. As a patron of the restaurant, you are an important part of the education process. We hope you will join us for a unique dining experience. We appreciate your patronage and the value that it brings to the training of our future hospitality professionals.

Students in the Restaurant Management & Operations course developed a business plan including menu designs, products and services as well as a Marketing Plan in cooperation with Pace University's food distributors. Students spent the first 10 weeks developing a theme, designing a menu, surveying students, and working with experts in the field. Students in this three-credit course opened Munchy's Bar and Grill at the Pleasantville Campus and introduced the concept to the New York City community with Fusion Modern Burgers on April 30, 2009 and May 7, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. in the Faculty Dining Room in One Pace Plaza. The class managed all aspects of the operation, including service, management, and food preparation. All major credit cards, One Card and cash were accepted.
