Alumni, corporate partners, and friends gathered to hit the links and raise money for Lubin undergraduate scholarships at the 11th Lubin Golf Classic. The weatherman threatened rain but the showers held off for another great day on the links. Ten Lubin students received scholarships from proceeds of this year's Golf Classic and all of them were present to receive their awards. Over $100,000 was raised this year. Anthony T. Anzevino, BBA '86, Audit Partner, KPMG New York Financial Services, received the Lubin Golf Classic Alumni Award. Scholarship recipients proudly welcomed the golfers to the evening reception at Wheatley Hills.

		2008 Golf Classic Honoree Jim Anziano, BBA '77, presented the scholarships to the students.

Scholarship recipient Shady Fahmy making his acceptance speech on behalf of all ten students.

The fabulous array of raffle prizes included Dell laptops, a Jamis bicycle, NY Yankee tickets, a case of fine wine, and much more.

		Magda Fazio, Lubin's Director of Development and Alumni Relations, was the lucky raffle winner of the bicycle.

Auction items included a evening of poker with professional poker player, drinks, and hors d'ouvres for nine guests, a football signed by the NY Jets, Dell laptops, gold and silver jewelry, and much more.
