    Desc: Review scholarship applications -- read up to 150 student essays per year; evaluate financial aid information. Meet with committee and discuss each application as needed.
  • Project PLV (LPE@PLV) [Committee Chair]
    Desc: Developed new Lubin Professional Experience Program to enhance Lubin Pleasantville offerings and improve student readiness for careers in the professional workforce.
    Committee's Key Accomplishments: Ongoing effort to refine strategy and tactics. Includes implementation plan and marketing plan. Includes Faculty Supervision of Internships, LPE Paperless to help keep track of applications and student/faculty output.

    Desc: I worked with the committee to make sure that Lubin's procedure for processing TCE's (transfer credit evaluations) was known by all parties needed from Admissions and OSA. I worked with Chairs to make sure that TCE's were being processed on a timely basis.
    Committee's Key Accomplishments: This is a work in progress -- we rely heavily on dept. chairs/program chairs/faculty who are assigned or choose to handle the TCEs. It is essential that this is done within a day or two after receipt of the electronic paperwork. I believe that this committee has moved things forward but we are not where we need to be yet.
