Convey experiences of a half Century to students relating to the subject matter under discussion. I have written proposed laws, litigate numerous cases, and have many friends who were judges and can thus explain to students how judges engage in decision-making.

Biography


U.S. Army captain during Vietnam War Era; possess a J.D. and Ph.D.; written four books and well over 100 articles; taught for 35 years after several decades of private practice; and met and interacted with many world leaders and lectured worldwide.
