The Lubin School of Business student-operated restaurants are designed to give students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program program valuable experience working with the public. As a patron of the restaurant, you are an important part of the education process. We hope you will join us for a unique dining experience. We appreciate your patronage and the value that it brings to the training of our future hospitality professionals.

Students in the Restaurant Management & Operations course course develop a business plan including menu designs, products and services as well as a Marketing Plan in cooperation with Pace University's food distributors. Students spend the first 12 weeks developing a theme, designing a menu, surveying students, and working with experts in the field.

For Spring 2011, the Restaurant Management and Operations course introduces Rio , a restaurant serving Brazilian cuisine with Rio de Janeiro Carnival theme. Rio will be open on April 21, April 28, and May 5 from 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. in the Faculty Dining Room of 1 Pace Plaza on the New York City campus.
