Cornell L. Craig has been with Pace University since 2009. Mr. Craig received his B.A. from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale (SIU) in Mass Communications and Media Arts and a minor in Black American Studies. While a student at SIU Mr. Craig also played intercollegiate football. As a Wide Receiver at SIU he became the school's all-time leading receiver and earned consensus First Team All-American honors in his senior season. Mr. Craig completed his Masters of Business Administration at Bellarmine University (Louisville, KY).

Assistant Director / LGBTQQ Coordinator
Rachel M. Simon, Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs and LGBTQQ Coordinator, joined the Office of Multicultural Affairs in the summer of 2014. Since 2003 she's taught courses in writing, gender studies, lesbian and gay studies, and film at Pace University, SUNY Purchase College, Fordham University, and Bedford Hills Maximum Security Prison. She holds an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College in Creative Writing, Poetry and a BA from Colby College in American Studies and Creative Writing.

Kay Lanza graduated from Pace University in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Applied Psychology and minors in Sociology and Italian Studies. She's currently a part of Pace's Mental Health Counseling graduate program, with the aspiration of doing couple's counseling within the LGBTQ community. She has also worked at Circle Care Center and World Health Clinicians, clincis that specialize in HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ health, as well as the HIV=, a program focused on reducing stigma and stereotypes against those living with HIV and AIDS.
