News Story

7 weeks + 17 shows + 30 actors + 4 directors + 2 playwrights = 1 incredible Actors Studio Drama School Repertory Season.

Here’s your chance to discover the next Bradley Cooper (ASDS alumnus ’00) as the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University’s graduating class brings to life their hard work and talent at the 2015 Repertory Season on April 1–May 16.

The Actors Studio Drama School, the only MFA theater program officially sanctioned by the Actors Studio, welcomes you to its seventh annual repertory season, which features seven weeks of challenging and exciting theater designed to introduce our graduating students to the professional world and the public in fully-professional productions of the work they have created during their three years of study. Witness a series of scenes, one-act plays, and full-length plays, some of them written by our playwrights, and all of them directed by our directors and acted by our actors.

Performances include Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice; Tony Kushner’s A Bright Room Called Day; Anna Deavere Smith’s Fires in the Mirror: Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and Other Identities; and much more. Visit www.pace.edu/asdsrep for the updated schedule.

All shows will be held at the Theater at Gibney Dance at 53 Chambers Street (between Broadway and Centre Street). Admission is free, but reservations are recommended. To make your reservations e-mail ASDSreservations@pace.edu or call (212) 346-1133.
