Celebrating Seniors (NYC)
Whether you’re interested in brunch, beer, BBQ, ball games, or BATMAN: the ride, Senior Week in NYC has got you covered.
Commencement is right around the corner, but before you say goodbye to your friends, say hello to some celebrating as Student Development and Campus Activities presents Senior Week in NYC.
Thursday, May 15
What better way to kick off Senior Week 2014 than with a beer garden? Enough said.
Saturday, May 17
A staple of Senior Week is the Yankees game. The Bronx Bombers take on the Pittsburgh Pirates and you can see the action from the Grand Promenade section. Arrrr you ready? Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.
Saturday, May 17
12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.
Before the ball game, enjoy some BBQ. Gifts will be given out, free food and drinks will be served, and all will have fun. The students will have the opportunity to write thank you’s to various administrators and faculty and a Pace University: Class of 2014 banner will be up for you to sign.
Six Flags Great Adventure
Sunday, May 18
8:30 a.m. (buses leave Pace at 9:00 a.m. SHARP!)
Spend your Sunday swinging…at Six Flags Great Adventure. Plummet 15.5 stories through the air at 60mph with the Dare Devil Dive; fly high through the sky dangling by a thread 242-feet in the air on the SkyScreamer; or become a human slingshot launched 220 feet in the sky on the Slingshot. Or maybe you feel like your life is a roller-coaster, but you’ll probably stop thinking that if you take on Green Lantern, Bizarro, Superman, and Kingda Ka in one out of control afternoon. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here.
Tuesday, May 20
The Paris Café
119 South Street, New York, NY
Brunch. It’s New Yorker’s most controversial meal. Some people can’t even stand the word; others would eat it if it came with a side of bacon. If you fall into the former, you can stop reading now. If you fall into the latter category, join the graduates of 2014 for a delicious brunch at the Paris Café, as well as refreshing mimosas and bloody mary's. Feel free to register friends and family members to join the graduation festivities early. $10 per person will get you a tummy full of delicious food and drinks! Register here.

She’s been Mrs. Robinson on stage and the Serial Mom on screen. She voiced the sultry Jessica Rabbit and performed burlesque as Helena Handbasket, Chandler Bing’s dad in drag. And now she's coming to Pace.
