Come Together for Convocation

News Story

Class of 2021: Are you ready? Save the date: September 5, 2017. Join the Pace Community in welcoming the Class of 2021 at the 10th annual Convocation held on both the NYC and PLV campuses.

On Tuesday, September 5, Pace University will hold its 10th annual Convocation on both the Pleasantville and New York City campuses. Convocation, the Latin word for “calling together,” brings together first-year students on each campus to introduce them to the Pace Community and celebrate the start of their academic journey. This kickoff to the 2017–2018 academic year also marks the very first Convocation address incoming President Marvin Krislov will give to students at Pace University. The theme, which will be discussed by our keynote speakers and woven into the first-year curriculum, is “Get Grit: Passion, Perseverance, and Motivation.”
