Create an App for That (NYC)
Lubin and Seidenberg are teaming up on March 11 to see if you can hack it, app it, design it, and demo it. The Pace Mobile App Design Contest 4.0/Hackathon is back and ready to give up to $500 in cash prizes.
Ever thought to yourself, “There should be an app for that”? Yup. So have the Lubin School of Business and Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, which is why they want you to share your app ideas and design at the Pace Mobile App Design Contest 4.0/Hackathon.
On Friday, March 11, in 163 William Street, Room 344, you and your team of up to three other students are invited to brainstorm an idea for an app, design it, and demo it to a panel of expert judges for a chance to win up to $500.
Previous winning ideas have included Alive Inside, which provides older adults living in senior homes with a “music listening list,” and We Go Together, which helps people build schedules and connect based on their schedules.
