Get Ready for This! (PLV)
Hoops season has arrived. Here’s where to get in on all the Setter madness.
As the weather cools down, the action in the Goldstein Fitness Center is just starting to heat up. Cheer on the women’s basketball squad this upcoming weekend as they kick off regular season play with the ECC-NE-10 Challenge, a tournament hosted by Pace in which two NE-10 teams are matched up against a pair of East Coast Conference foes.
The Setters will open tourney action at the Goldstein Fitness Center against LIU-Post on November 14 at 3:30 p.m., and finish up the weekend on November 15 with a game against New York Institute of Technology at 1:30 p.m. For tickets and information, click here.
Not far behind is the men’s team, who, after opening the season with three games on the road, will make their triumphant return to Pleasantville on November 18 to face the Wildcats of Wilmington University at 7:00 p.m. at the Goldstein Fitness Center. Click here for tickets and info.
For both the men’s and women’s season openers, fans will receive schedule magnets and posters (while they last). Personalized Pace basketball jerseys are 10% off through December 2 on www.paceteamshop.com. So put on your jersey, head to Goldstein, get there early, and—cue Space Jam music—get ready for this!
