Inauguration of President Krislov
Pace University requests the honor of your presence at the inauguration of Marvin Krislov as its eighth president. Join students, faculty, staff, trustees, delegates, alumni, and friends for this important event on Sunday, October 29.
On Sunday, October 29, 2017, Pace University will formally install Marvin Krislov as our eighth president.
In the week leading up to the installation ceremony, Pace will host a series of showcase events celebrating the inauguration. We will look back on Pace’s unique history and how it has led us to this pivotal moment in time as well as look to the future under the inspired and visionary leadership of our new president. These inaugural week events will illustrate the innovation, leadership, and accomplishments of Pace’s students, staff, faculty, trustees, and alumni.
Foundations: Building the Pace Path

The Pace Path, and our approach to preparing students for success, can be traced back to Pace’s earliest days and Homer Pace himself. This exhibit illustrates Homer’s holistic ideas along with many of the other innovative moments in our history that have led us to this pivotal moment in time.

12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.
Students take to the stage and demonstrate a wide variety of skills, talents, and educational prowess through presentations, research, conversations, and more, including a Q&A with the Student Government Association presidents and President Krislov. A reception, along with an exhibit of the students’ work, will follow.

Faculty will share and present their work in a casual setting allowing for questions and conversations. The showcase will display teaching innovation, research, and more. Faculty may present alone or with students. A reception will follow each event.

The Pace Community will come together to beautify the campus and officially welcome President Krislov to Pace with a tree planting and dedication ceremony.
