Pace Remembers 9/11
Join the Pace Community in commemorating the anniversary of 9/11/01 with vigils on both campuses, a display of artifacts, a trip to the memorial, and a panel of journalists sharing their stories.
The events of 9/11 have had a profound effect on a generation of people around the world, but our University, located mere blocks away from the World Trade Center, felt the impact first-hand. Thirteen years ago, the Pace Community lost 47 members—students and alumni alike—and was closed for several weeks as we worked toward recovery.

Join The 9/11 Tribute Center and Pace University’s Office of Government and Community Relations for a panel discussion with the three editors of Covering Catastrophe in recognition of this year's 9/11 anniversary. For more info, click here.

Alpha Phi Delta hosts a memorial service featuring speakers sharing their 9/11 experiences, students telling their personal stories, and a candle-lit walk around Choate Pond.
Office of Housing and Residential Life 9/11 Vigil

Join Housing and Res Life and the NYC community to remember and honor all those lost on September 11 at a vigil, which will be held at the main entrance of One Pace Plaza then proceed to Ground Zero.
September 11: Mortola Library Remembers
September 11-30 | Mortola Library | Westchester Campus
The Mortola Library remembers September 11 with a timeline and display of artifacts from Ground Zero. On loan from the New York State Library, the detailed timeline chronicles the events of that tragic day and comes to life with artifacts retrieved from Ground Zero. The timeline and display can be viewed in the library through September 30.
9/11 Memorial Visit

The National September 11 Memorial is a tribute of remembrance and honor to the nearly 3,000 people killed on September 11, 2001. See the Memorial's twin reflecting pools, which sit within the footprints of where the Twin Towers once stood, each nearly an acre in size and feature the largest manmade waterfalls in North America.
