Good Dog Foundation Therapy Dogs
Wednesday, December 10 | 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. in the Birnbaum Room and 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. in Kessel
It’s time to paws for a study break as the Good Dog Foundation, which provides animal-assisted therapy services to more than 315 partner facilities in four states, returns to Pace’s Westchester Campus to help provide some stress relief prior to the start of exams. That’s right, we’re talking about six hours to pet, hug, high-five, and get your face licked by the best best friend anyone could ask for. Normally we’d say there’s enough puppy to go around, but we’d get there early to ensure a pawesome time.
Thursday, December 11 | 3:30 p.m.–4:15 p.m. | Birnbaum Room
Enjoy guided relaxation and stress management tips from the Counseling Center’s Mariesa Cruz-Tillery, PhD.
Friday, December 12 | 7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | First Floor, Activity Corner
You may feel like life is stressful, but LIFE doesn’t have to be. Take a study break and pick from 30+ board games to play with other stressed students.
Also available every day from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., learn how to use bio-feedback to reduce stress in the Blue Room, and make sure to visit the Mortola Library Stress Free Zone in the activity corner for games, watercolors, origami, and more all week 24/7.
