Troubled Waters? (NYC)
Join the Pace Academy and Pace Law School on Thursday, May 15, for Who Owns the Waterfront?, an exciting panel discussion on one of NYC’s treasures.
On Thursday, May 15, at 7:00 p.m. in Lecture Hall North on the NYC Campus, the Pace Academy for Applied Environmental Studies and Pace Law School will host Who Owns the Waterfront?, a panel discussion about the past, present, and future of one of the city’s most precious assets.
Topics include the history of the NYC waterfront, historic preservation, waterfront development, and the public trust doctrine.

The panel will be moderated by Jason J. Czarnezki, Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law at Pace Law School.
