Faculty Handbook
Blog from the Handbook Negotiations:
3/19: working on the Tenure language today. Mostly review work; we had settled most of the issues at the 2/16 and 2/28 meetings; thus today there doesn't seem to be any language changes.
Interesting: language specifying the process for dossier review and revision will probably need to be codified into the Handbook to limit liability. Not now, though. Looks like consensus language will come from Dean's council, get to the Provost and ultimately to FC for review.
Now we're discussing the home campus designation and the new language codifying the right to appeal the assignment to a different campus. Oy vey. Maybe contract waivers need to limit the ability of the university to assign faculty to different campuses.

Copies of the 1986 Pace University Faculty Handbook are provided here as a service to faculty.
Due to the large size of the handbook, the document has been split into two parts, which correspond with parts one and two of the handbook.
