ATTENTION: OSA Summer Service Hours are now in effect. Our Student Solution Center walk-up windows will be open from 10AM to 3PM, Monday through Thursday from May 14, 2012 through July 27, 2012. Our Call Center will be open from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, and our OSA@pace.edu email address will also be responded to during those same hours. The Office of Student Assistance (OSA) combines the services of Financial Assistance, Student Accounts (Bursar Services) and Registrar Services into one organization designed to provide student-centered, quality enrollment services. OSA is dedicated to improving and streamlining processes, training staff to be cross-functional, maximizing use of new technologies and delivering unparalleled student service.
