How to Make a Referral

The Office for Student Success (SUCCESS) is committed to forming partnerships with faculty and staff members in order to enhance the student experience at Pace University. If you feel a student has a concern that he or she is unable to resolve alone or that the student may be unable to continue at Pace, please contact a Student Success adviser on either campus at (212)346-1915 or at success@pace.edu. An adviser will follow up with you and the student within one business day.
 

When you refer a student to SUCCESS, please: 
 
  • Educate the student on the role that the Office for Student Success will play in helping them bring their concern to a resolution. Click here for a description of our role.
    •  Inform the student that SUCCESS does not advocate for or guarantee a particular outcome.
    •  Help the student understand that SUCCESS may work with multiple offices to resolve their concern.
  • Provide SUCCESS with the name, contact information, and if possible, the ID number of the student you are referring.
