Transcripts and Verification

Official Transcripts

All Transcripts requests are processed free of charge unless the student should wish to receive the Transcript via Overnight Delivery. Transcript Requests are available online for current students who have access to MyPace Portal. Transcript requests are generally processed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified of any indeterminate delays.

 

Transcripts will not be released to students with any financial obligation to the University. Any outstanding account balances must be paid in full before ordering a transcript. Please contact the Office of Student Assistance at (877) OSA–1830 for assistance with satisfying your financial obligations.

 

Please note: If you were enrolled prior to 1985, please manually fill out the Transcript Request paper form as detailed by the instructions below, as your records will need to be researched further.These requests may require additional processing time.

 

How to order an Official Transcript

To Request online

(only if enrolled after 1985)

  • Log on to the MyPace Portal. In the “Students” tab select “Student Records”.
  • Select the Request Official Printed Transcript link.
  • Enter requested information.

OR

Request via paper form

  • Print the Transcript Request Form
  • Submit a completed form to the Office of Student Assistance. Completed request forms can be sent by mail, fax, or can be scanned and emailed to osa@pace.edu. Students may also submit a paper form in person at any Student Solutions Center.

 

Briarcliff College, Bennett College, Good Counsel College and College of White Plains alumni should submit requests to the Pleasantville Student Solution Center.

Verification

Pace University has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to handle degree and enrollment verifications. Student records are available to employers and search firms via the Clearinghouse’s secure web site, which allows inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please submit your Verification request and provide full student information to the Clearinghouse:

If the Clearinghouse is unable to process your verification request for any reason, they will forward your request to our Department.

 

Letter Requests

To request and obtain a letter verifying your enrollment or any other official announcement about your academic history at Pace University, please complete the Letter Request Form. There is an approximate wait period of 7 business days.
