Rising Stars: Westchester's 40 Under 40

Division of Information Technology Director of User Services Matthew Bonilla has been selected as one of the Business Council of Westchester's 2009 40 Rising Stars under 40. Bonilla was nominated by Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer William McGrath. He will be honored at a celebration on June 11.
