New Printing System at Pace
Beginning in Fall 2009, students, faculty, and staff will be able to print documents from any computer which is connected to the Pace network (via Ethernet, VPN, or wireless connection). Using this system, you will have the option of retrieving those printed documents from any print release station in a Computer Resource Center or Pace Library location on the New York, Pleasantville, or White Plains campuses (except Pace Law School Library).
An activated Pace One card is required to be able to utilized these print services. Authentication at a release station is easy when using your Pace One card or your MyPace account. The printers that are utilized in this service are multifunctional and can print, photocopy and scan to e-mail.
Students will receive a FREE credit of $30.00 on their One Card three times per year at the beginning of the Spring, Fall, and Summer I semesters. Students will also have the ability to add additional credits as needed via their Pace OneCard account and these funds will carry over from one semester to the next. Unused FREE credits will not carry over to the following semester.
Students will be charged for printing, copying, or scanning as follows:
Printing or copying = 6 cents per page
Scanning = 2 cents per image

What do you need to get started? Print to any printer at any
print services location, provide authentication at a release station, and pick up your job…1,2,3. If you are printing from a remote location, you need to connect to the Pace network via VPN software and install a Print Client. Information on how to obtain these downloads is located on the
Print Client Download page.
