The IDM Lab Marketing Internship is a one-of-a-kind, Pace exclusive, student-run Direct and Interactive marketing agency provided by the Lubin School of Business Marketing Department to juniors, seniors and graduate students. This internship has also been approved for undergraduate or graduate credit; students who meet the qualifications to take this internship can earn academic credit for work. For credit, interns will complete Lab projects assigned, participate as a team member of the IDM Lab, and write a paper recapping the experiences learned. To be considered for the internship, students must have the ability to work well under minimum supervision, meet deadlines, and effectively manage both work and school. Lab projects will encompass the gamut of activities from research to development of strategies and creative marketing messages through to the execution of strategies throughout media. Interns will be given the opportunity to apply all the skills they have learned while in school to real life, real-time marketing challenges for small and large business clients. Interns will also have the opportunity to attend free seminars and meetings with industry specialists outside of Pace, along with meeting the professor who is the head of IDM Lab and internship mentor.
