A new Pace Alumni ID card, with photo and a sticker valid through the academic year
(August 31), is necessary for access to all University campuses and facilities, including
the Computer Labs (CRCs).

Alumni ID Cards must be obtained in person and are issued Monday through Friday
from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by first visiting the New York City campus Alumni Office
(156 William Street - 5th Floor), or the Briarcliff campus Alumni Office
(235 Elm Road - Woodward Hall, 2nd Floor).
| Step 1: Call the Alumni Relations office for an appointment |
Step 2: Bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license) and
your current Alumni ID card to your appointment |
| Step 3: Complete the Alumni ID Survey form |
Step 4: Receive your "Alumni in Good Standing" form
(includes your Pace Portal User Name and Password) |
| Step 5: Submit your "Alumni in Good Standing" form at the Photo ID Rooms on each campus to receive your new Photo Alumni ID Card |
| Step 6: Remember your Pace Portal User Name and Password for Computer Lab access |

Facility access is terminated automatically each August 31st. Alumni must return to the Alumni Office each academic year (Sept 1) so their access can be re-activated. Access to all campuses is permitted from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. only. University security reserves the right to limit access as necessary.
