Lackmann Culinary Services at Pace University  

Lackmann Culinary Services is pleased to continue to provide quality foods, a variety of meal options, and the convenience of a la carte menu items to make your Pace Dining experience enjoyable. Whether you are on the New York City, Pleasantville, Briarcliff or White Plains campus, you will be able to buy the foods you want!

Our Fall 2008 dining improvements include a new & improved Cafe 101 featuring a wide variety of  international & local cuisine from which to choose.   We are very happy to introduce concepts that include a new Salad Bar, our signature pasta concept, our new expanded pizza program as well as our updated C/Store & Setters Sub Hub Deli located in the Spotlight Cafe.

Lackmann will continue their flagship culinary program, known as the American Kitchen, on all campuses with venues including Char-coals, Al Forno, Breads & Spreads, Pacific Exchange, Green Mountain Coffee Company, "Eat@Home" Grab & Go concept and Lighter by Choice.
