As an employer, being involved with Pace Law School’s Center for Career Development means gaining access to hundreds of qualified and talented Pace students and graduates. Many employers who participate in our recruitment opportunities or post a job with us online often hire a Pace Law School student or graduate and most continue to utilize our services year after year. Career Fair
The Center sponsors an annual career fair which takes place early in the spring semester. This informational event brings together local public, private and government employers with Pace Law students on our law school campus located in White Plains, NY. Employers have the opportunity to promote and market their organization, while students have the opportunity to learn about a variety of legal areas and career paths and discuss them with the local practitioners. 

Recruiting Opportunities
We offer a number of options to help employers recruit Pace Law School students, including on-campus interviews and resume referral programs. On-campus interviews are held in both the fall and spring. Although the spring program is specifically designed for small-to-medium sized firms, it is open to all employers. There is no charge to participate and the use of private interview rooms in the Center for Career Development may be arranged on a full-day or half-day schedule. We can also make arrangements for interviews to be held off-campus, including at our Pace University facility in midtown Manhattan or at your office.

On-Campus Interview Program
If your organization is unable to participate in on-campus interviews, you may want to utilize our resume referral program. Resumes and any other materials will be sent to you by the date you request, and you will then contact students directly to arrange interviews. To register for any of our programs, please contact our Director of Employer and External Relations, Nicole Moncayo at 914-422-4217 or complete the Employer Registration Form or you can print the form and return it to us by mail or fax.

Job Postings
Employers are welcome to register and post a job listing directly, please visit our website Symplicity. You may post opportunities for permanent, temporary, summer, part-time, full-time and positions available during the academic year. Postings are available for both students and graduates and this service is free of charge. While on Symplicity you may also update your contact information;  update the description of your firm / company, and lastly you can view your organization’s previous job postings. If you prefer, you may also provide your job posting information to us directly via phone, email, regular mail or fax.
